Tees Property Group has roots going back to 2008. What started as a lettings operation has grown into a fully integrated property group — operating across lettings and management, refurbishment and development, short-term accommodation, and investment.
Most of what we manage, we own. That matters — it means we have real skin in the game on every property we deal with. We've built and managed portfolios of hundreds of properties in this region. We know Teesside better than anyone in this space.
The rebrand from Leinster Property to Tees Property Group marks a new chapter. We want to attract serious investors and high-value work while staying close to our roots. The goal isn't to be the biggest — it's to be the best-run, most trusted operator in our market.
