Tees Forge is the renovation and development arm of Tees Property Group. It is a real strength of ours. We have delivered 100's of renovations always bearing in mind budget and timescale.
We do not subcontract our values. Quality control, programme management, and cost control are all managed in-house. When Tees Forge delivers a project, we know we are doing it for our core investors and team so always deliver to the best of our abilities.
Current or past projects include a mixed-use development at Queens Terrace, Middlesbrough comprising 20 apartments and a hotel. With a second residential scheme in Norton delivering 17 apartments which we have also commenced.
